If you are feeling bored and restless over spring break then join us at Team Central Gymnastics for a FLIPTASTIC clinic! Gymnasts will have the opportunity to work on key skills needed to progress on vault and bars. New skills will also be introduced in a fun and safe environment. Gymnasts will be grouped by level to ensure that everyone has a challenging and rewarding experience.
